CANCELLATION: After January 1, 2026, no changes or cancellations will be accepted for registrations. Any cancellation made before that date will incur a 50% fee. All cancellations must be communicated to the Technical Secretariat. Refunds for canceled services will be processed starting February 15, 2026.
